I created a drag-sort component on 2D plane for React

I couldn't find this anywhere. I was trying to re-create a drag-sort functionality for items on a 2D plane (if they wrap on overflow). Apple iOS allows this functionality seamlessly, but it seemed difficult to re-create in React.

I found some base code that Framer Motion put out - it allows drag-sort on a 1D plane. I modified it to work on a 2D plane.
