I created a tool to enable developers and non developers to create Tailwind CSS websites in minutes.

👋Hey everyone,

I recently launched a tool I have been working on for the past couple of months. This is a no code page builder for Tailwindcss I have been working on called Windframe.

Windframe comes with different templates you can customize and edit in almost any way you want. You can choose to edit using classes too if you are familiar with it or use the robust edit options available.

Windframe also gives you the ability to preview your designs and then easily export your code for use anywhere. So this comes in handy for both developers and non developers who want to use TailwindCSS to build their projects.

Steps you will take to use Windframe:

  • Drag and drop any block

  • Edit almost anything on the block

  • Preview your designs and

  • Export your code when done.

Here is a link to read more about it and check it out

If you will like to see a video demo of this, I recently posted it on reddit and a lot of people found it useful and provided a ton of feedback here is a link to the video post

Appreciate any feedback, questions, or thoughts on this

Thank you!

Question: why would non devs want to create a TailwindCSS website? Would they even know what that is?

Thank you for the question. Here is my line of thought on this, primarily at this point this is for developers but I have also noticed some non developers who have been dabbling into no code and have heard a little bit about TailwindCSS in the past.

This is really a very minor group but I just wanted to incorporate them in too. But I definitely get your point on this and might actually be more productive at the moment to niche down more. Thanks again for still bringing this up would think more deeply about this.

PS: I just went through BuildFaster. Love what you are building there we definitely do have similar goals 👊🏽

Amazing tool and Nice UX. Just curious to know how much time have you spent and which tech stack have you used..

Thank you so much! Roughly spent 8 months working on this. For the tech stack frontend is react and the backend is Firebase
