I finally launched a SaaS after 10 years

Hey indie entrepreneurs! I've been on this journey for many years—starting, failing, learning, and working on startups and my own projects both online and offline.

I had never been able to fully complete the process of creating and launching a SaaS product... until today.

I'm excited but also a bit scared of getting frustrated again... but mentally prepared to handle it (I hope!).

The positives:

  • I understand it's a long-term game. I don’t need the income right away.
  • I want to stay solo as long as possible and watch it grow gradually.
  • I don’t need to worry about the technical side since I’ve acquired the full backend already.
  • I have a lot of marketing experience with the problem my SaaS solves (web conversion and growth).

The challenge: reaching both Spanish and English-speaking audiences.

I'm from Argentina, and I feel that we Latin Americans have a slight advantage when selling to an emerging market. But the U.S. is huge and amazing, though it’s harder when you're not part of the culture.

Anyway, I hope this new project will be an interesting and fun journey. I'm a family guy (2 kids, programmer wife), and we’re hoping to finally reach a point of freedom in our work life. Entrepreneurship is the only path we see.

How have other indie entrepreneurs in the community tackled similar SaaS challenges?
