I am very inspired by your stories. My goal is to build something to make people's tasks a little easier. I have been stuck in the mindset of I need to create the next big thing, but after reading your article about your strategy for your projects, the low, mid, and high-tier. I believe I need to switch my mindset and began building and launching something.

Many buyers will simply have not read the deck or look at the numbers. And then they will message you with very generic "please send info" requests.
After fanning through 100+ messages, only 3 were savvy buyers looking to get into details.
