I have been fired! But I have started...

I was laid off at the end of November 2022 (last year), I was working for a company in Spain remotely as a web interface designer, I was already going for two years. A good job, I felt comfortable and economically I felt secure... And to make a long story short, it's simple, the company in plans to reduce spending has decided to make some adjustments and among them they have decided to reduce the workforce and have stayed with the oldest workers mostly.

In my misfortune for having been fired, in the uncertainty of my worries I decided that I would let the rest of the previous year run, but I would also take advantage of it to start a business, since I had wanted to do it for a long time and I had a couple of ideas in mind, but I always ended up postponing it because I was more afraid of failure than anything else.

So I said to myself: "It's better to regret what you do than what you didn't do..." And here I am, doing what I have to do and trying it.

Thanks to the Indie Hackers community, believe it or not, reading stories of people here, reading motivational articles of people who are entrepreneurs and founding or creating products and Startups has given me the courage to take the step to do it and again say to myself: If all these people can, I can too....

So thank you sincerely to this community.

🔴 In case you made it this far

Time will not wait for you, nobody will wait for you, so if you are in the uncertainty of starting a business, creating your product or any other similar thing do it now, because TIME IS RIGHT NOW, there is no right time, there is no perfect time, nor many of those other things that your mind makes you believe.

And yes, keep in mind that out there there will be people who do not like or give a shit about what you do, who will believe that what you do or are doing is crap, but believe me when I tell you that at the same time there are a lot of people that what you do or will do will be useful and they will like it, so better stay with the positive.
