I have built my First SaaS Tool
Recently, I came up with an idea.
So without wasting time, let me get straight to the point.
What it does,
It is an e-commerce tool analyzer. basically when you upload a CSV file of GA4, GSC, and Shopify. The tool will take time to generate a report that not just shows you a random score.
Instead, it tells you directly where your store is leaking revenue and traffic, and which page is not able to convert, and so much info with numbers.
That report agencies can show their client how much revenue your store is losing and how much stuff needs to be fixed.
You can re-run the audit, and the tool will compare what has improved and what still needs improvement or identify any new issues.

The strongest part of this is the ‘where are you leaking revenue’ angle. That’s much easier to understand than another analytics tool. I’d want to know how accurate/useful the recommendations are in practice, but the positioning sounds solid.
We'll analyze their export files, and with those, we'll figure out.
BTW, are there any recommendations or any issues you face or have heard about E-commerce brands?
