I Just love to create products, not trying to escape
Many indie builders seems to work on a side project because they want to replace their day job, I just enjoy to create and build ideas that might give value to others.

For me it's a mix of things. Aside from creating a source of income, I love the idea of bringing ideas to life! I think the thing that drives me most though is how much you learn from doing it.
