I launched 10 days ago and got 56 users. Now traffic is zero. What am I doing wrong?

I'm Tugay, solo founder from Istanbul. I built
ImagineIf — a platform where people write stories
together (280 chars each) and AI generates visuals
for every segment. Supports 22 languages.

Launched on Feb 19. Here's what happened:

📊 Stats after 10 days:

• 56 registered users
• 71 story chains created
• Product Hunt: 7 upvotes, #54
• Web traffic last 2 days: nearly zero
• Social media: 40 Instagram followers, 0 TikTok

The product works. People who try it create chains.
But I can't get anyone to try it.

I'm a developer, not a marketer. What would you
do in my position?
