I launched Beta! Here's what I've learned

Last week, I officially launched my beta. I was afraid to launch. It definitely didn't feel ready. There were buttons that didn't work. There was no onboarding process. There wasn't much clarity. But it was probably the most valuable thing I've done for the product yet.

I was able to ask the most important question to actual users - "What is that absolute most important thing for you to see it be able to do on this page in order for you to use it?". Within just a few days I was able to ship those features. And now I've got a list of things to build.

So here's what I've learned.

Ship early and ship often. It's the rumors are true. This helps.

Provide the greatest amount of value and focusing on the problem to solve.

Shipping features is hella easy.

Onboarding and customer support is crazy important.

Dont ask dumb questions to your users. Focus on solving their problems and providing value.

If you're building something right now, just ship it. You'll learn a lot and maybe make some money.
