I launched beta version of my Slack app, finally! Cheers!

6 months ago, I posted(https://www.indiehackers.com/post/landing-page-is-live-a440547334) to gather feedback from IH about my landing page.

Today finally, I launched my beta version!

What I have learned?

• Coding a product and putting it online in a production environment is a lot of work
• Hiring contractors need to be cautious. It's better to work with someone you have worked before, or at least referred by your friends/coworkers
• Don't waste time making the beta version perfect
• Keep the engagement with customers fun and frequent - they will forget you
• Communication among team members is important. Only text-based chat or messages is not enough
• Hacking time may be longer than you expected originally
