I launched Magic Login today 💌

Just wanted to share my excitement. I launched Magic Login and got the first few users trying it out :)

A couple months ago I asked whether you offer passwordless login or not to get an idea of whether there's a market for this, with mixed answers. Some hate login-by-email, others love it (especially for products they rarely sign in to), and another group implemented it themselves so they didn't have to deal with passwords as developers.

I increased the scope of Magic Login to hopefully cover each of these groups. I made Magic Login into a general purpose transactional e-mail service, with built-in functionality for any type of e-mail confirmation/authentication. Because if you offer password-based login, you still need e-mail confirmation and password reset e-mails :).

Anyway, this post is not an advertisement, just wanted to share :).
Worst case I built something I will use in all of my own future projects.
