I realized my journal knew more than I did

Building a product teaches you things you never expected.

While building Lumina Journal AI, I noticed that my journal entries contained far more information than I realized at the time. Patterns, repeated mistakes, mood changes, assumptions, and lessons were all there—but I couldn't see them while living through them.

That observation became Lumina.
