I shipped a GPT-4o convention prep assistant for indie creators

Today I shipped something I'm actually proud of.

BoothKeepOS now has an AI Convention Prep Assistant. You tell it your convention name, booth size, what you sell, expected attendance, indoor/outdoor, and any special notes. It streams a complete, personalized prep plan in seconds — packing checklist, pricing strategy, booth setup, day-before and day-of checklists, common mistakes, emergency prep.

Why I built this

Convention prep is one of the most stressful parts of being an indie creator. You're juggling stock counts, display setup, pricing decisions, and physical logistics — while also trying to actually make things. Most people are still working off the same Reddit thread they found years ago.

I'm not a creator myself. I'm a builder who got frustrated watching talented people burn out on operational overhead. BoothKeepOS exists so creators can spend their energy making things, not managing the business of making things.
