Arkaleo — More Than a Notes App
I started building Arkaleo because I wanted something beyond another place to type and store notes.
I wanted an app that could actually understand what I write, help me rediscover old ideas, connect related thoughts, and make my personal knowledge easier to use.
That led to Arkaleo — a privacy-first notes app built around on-device AI.
Instead of sending your private thoughts to the cloud just to make them searchable or intelligent, Arkaleo is designed to bring that intelligence directly to your device.
From semantic search to intelligent knowledge connections, the goal is simple: turn your notes from a collection of text into a living personal knowledge system.
Arkaleo is still evolving, but the vision is clear:
Your thoughts should be intelligent. Your data should remain yours.
The on-device AI choice makes the positioning more credible than simply calling it a privacy-first notes app. Curious which “intelligent” behavior users actually find useful enough to change how they take or revisit notes.
