Update: I built the fix for "where is my order?" — here's what it looks like
Three weeks ago I posted about WISMO emails killing my mornings.
You validated the pain hard. So I built it.
The difference vs every other tracking tool:
AfterShip, ParcelPanel → your buyer has to go look for their tracking
This → the tracking finds your buyer automatically
The flow:
No login. No account. One click and they know.
They never need to ask because they already know.
My store: 40 support tickets/month → 8. WISMO emails: 32 → 0.
Looking for 3 Printful store owners to test this with real orders.
I handle the full setup. You just tell me if it works.
Comment below if this is you.

Oh man, the classic “where is my order?” emails 😅 every ecommerce store seems to deal with that sooner or later.
I really like the idea of the tracking reaching the customer instead of making them go look for it. While digging through automation tools for WorkflowAces I keep noticing the same thing — small workflow automations like this can remove a surprising amount of support work.
"the tracking reaching the customer instead of making them go look" — that's exactly it. you just described the whole product in one sentence.
and you're right about the automation impact. the support reduction is disproportionate to how simple the underlying mechanic is. what kind of workflow automations are you building with WorkflowAces?
Appreciate that! With WorkflowAces I'm mostly exploring and reviewing tools that automate small but repetitive workflows — things like content creation, lead research, simple integrations between tools, and similar tasks that usually eat up a lot of time.
Stuff like what you built is exactly the kind of automation I find interesting.
