I stopped skipping content when I stopped deciding every day

I kept skipping content — not because I couldn’t write,
but because deciding what to post every day was draining.

Each post meant choosing:
• the topic
• the angle
• how to start
• whether it was even worth posting

So I delayed. Then skipped.

The change was simple:
I stopped deciding daily and started planning weekly.

Once the decisions were made in advance, posting became execution.
Consistency stopped feeling like discipline and started feeling automatic.

Still figuring this out, but the system matters more than motivation.

Curious:
How do you currently plan content (if at all)?
