I'm a software engineer (of 17 years), co-founder of dealsourcr.com and now investor.

I'm looking for SaaS businesses to buy with the following characteristics:

• SaaS only - all bits, no atoms
• High profit margins (most are)
• Very little management required day-to-day
• Customers love the product

Other than that we are pretty flexible on everything else. We are founder friendly, we keep things simple and will move fast.
