I’m Marcos Roig, a Full Stack & Blockchain Developer with 15+ years of experience. I’m passionate about creating innovative solutions and I’m currently building SaaS projects in public, sharing every step of my journey. Beyond code, I’m also a musician 🎸—creativity drives everything I do.
One thing that always annoyed me as a developer and as a user were intrusive cookie banners. They pop up everywhere, break user experience, and yet compliance is non-negotiable.
The Problem
Most cookie banners are:
Annoying for users
Hard to integrate for developers
Still questionable for compliance
So I decided to solve it: ConsentBite.
The Solution
ConsentBite makes cookie consent contextual:
Notices appear only when needed (ex: a form, YouTube video, live chat).
Lightweight JS, no bloated scripts.
GDPR/CCPA compliance built in.
Analytics, WordPress/Shopify plugins, customization.
Why I Built It
I wanted to solve a problem that annoys both users and devs. ConsentBite was born out of frustration with clunky tools.
