I would appreciate hearing your first impression
I've been linking to our website for sometime now, in the last 30 days people from 137 countries have used Vibehut. But we can improve retention and conversion. Half of the battle is the quick understanding of what a product does.
I would really appreciate hearing your first impression of these 2 pages. Do you know what it is, do you know why it's valuable, do you know how to start?

Hey, first of all, great question to get user feedback on the UX/UI.
Are you using any analytics tools? I think this would be perfect for something like Microsoft Clarity (free, super easy to integrate). It's got recordings, heatmaps, a bunch of other stuff that shows how a user interacts with your site. I use it in everything I build these days.
As for my personal view, I'll describe what I'm thinking as I open each page. I found this most helpful when I was testing a product previously.
I looked at the second link first. I felt very overwhelmed when I first opened the page. I didn't quite know where to look at first. I caught the words video and "online" on the side so I started piecing together that this is a video chatroom kind of platform.
As for what happens next, I wasn't quite sure. Do I click on someone's name? Would I accidentally barge in on their video chat without meaning to? Would I accidentally be in a video conversation that I'm not ready for? Are these topics based or for teaching (I saw lots of language practising)? If it's topics, what are the overarching topics so I can see if there's anything I'd be interested in?
As I scrolled down, the information overload drove me into fight or flight and I abruptly turned to the other tab, your first link.
When I opened your first link, the same feeling of overwhelm came back. Lots of small text, lots of columns. My eyes started darting left and right, picking up the subheadings, trying to figure out what I'm looking at. If I'm honest, I stopped feeling interested in what the room is about very quickly, even on a topic I'm interested in.
It looks like the platform has great features and doesn't seem to be affecting the general performance. I would just try to simplify everything. Think about what each page is really trying to do, what do you really want the user to click on. Do you really need all the cards, text, buttons everywhere?
But, of course, this is just my personal view. Everyone is so different and people are drawn to different styles.
