🎉 I wrote this app and it ranked #1 on reddit r/javascript 🚀

Hi there 👋

A few days back I published a simple website monitoring app I wrote, and it ranked #1 on reddit r/javascript and got featured quite a while on dev.to as well.

I created this app to practice my Node/React/Mongo writing skills and play with Redis and Stripe's API, and it turned out to be a very cool project 🤓

The concept is actually simple - and nothing new, to be honest, as there are already things like Uptime Robot, but I wanted to be notified when one of my sites went down, and look at response time from different places in the world.

I published it at probe.sh, and looking to see if you like it ! It's 40,000 free requests per month and extra ones at 0.00001$ per month.

I'm planning to add more features like grouping endpoints and having a public status page as well.
