Idea - Flutter engagement booster

The idea is to create a service that would help with improving relationship with Flutter app's user

Core feature for MVP:

• easy creation of things like app introductions, permission requests, new features explanation
  -- changes can be done by non technical people
  -- they do not require release to apply changes
  -- allows to perform tests easy way

Other possible features:

• collecting surveys and feedback directly in the application
• feature flags
• analysis of user behavior

I was talking with Flutter devs, and they were not really excited about the idea. I realized that they may not be my audience, as they are 'just' devs and I probably should be aiming to some indie hackers or analysts. And here I am, what do you think?
