Echoing others' points about the variety of services. Strikes me as too general, being all things to all SMBs.
Why not offer just a single one of those services, then expand from there? So for the first few years you build a business around outsourced IT. That will allow you to focus your messaging, crack your funnel, build a brand, and refine your operations.
Once you have traction and revenue there, you tack on a new service, like bookkeeping. But even then, I'm not sure it would be make sense to distract yourself with bookkeeping services versus continuing to capitalize on your hard-earned momentum with outsourced IT. At that point the marginal cost of a new outsourced IT customer will likely be lower than a new bookkeeping customer.
Curious why you're eager to offer a general menu of services rather than being more targeted?
Yes! I am a non-technical founder and I would pay for both of these things — however, it is confusing that they are wrapped up together and makes me less likely to trust either. I would prefer to work with a specialized firm I think — or a "family" of services but that its clear each have different talent associated.

Not sure — I am a bit early at this point. But would be amazing if pricing could bundle them together for a monthly fee.

Accounting and tech support feel like completely separate things to me, so not sure if it makes sense to combine. What kind of things were you imagining you'd help with on the tech side?
Good point. Although it seems like it’s the two positions that are popular where people want to hire in house but don’t have the funds to hire full timers. As for tech, hosting and maintaining all things web, consulting all the right tools so they don’t have to do the research (from marketing tools to CRM, anything that helps to run a small business)... IT support, managing all bills, etc... having the dashboard all their paid services...
Basically, I want small business owners to focus on their clients and not waste time doing books or fixing technical problems....
Ah okay, I was thinking more like full-on web/app development than helping with tools and IT support. That sounds more reasonable.
