Idea Validation as a Service

"A software development agency with a twist".

An agency responsible for -

  • Market research
  • MVP development
  • Launch and marketing.

Pricing - Separately at each stage, negotiated.

P.S. - I'm not building it though.

    Promising

Dev Agency that delivers MVPaaS [MVP as a Service]

Any individual comes with a raw idea ->

Raw idea is then taken up by Team1

    Team1 does:

    1. Market Research ( Potential and Opportunity)
    2. Estimated Cost of Development of MVP and Time

If the user agrees to go ahead

    Team2 develops and delivers MVP

    Howz that ?

Sure, what are team1 and team2?

      1. 1

        Team1 : Biz Team
        Team2 : Dev Team

Sounds costly. I think you're targeting large clients for this, right?
Because startups are usually trying to save money.

And what will happen after launch and marketing? That's the iteration phase for startups, your clients will have no idea on the infrastructures being worked on because your agency did it - so they will be forced to pay even more?

Thanks Gabriel. Targeting large clients => Not really. Even starters with an idea, and without experience to build it would be my initial target customers. No code + software agencies are trying to fill that gap today.

What will happen after launch and marketing? => Well if the idea works, the the entire application can be rebuilt from scratch. The goal is to keep validation cost low and cross that "99% ideas never even get a single customer" phase, even if the investment later is a bit high.

Ahh I see. What you just answered made sense to me. I can see the value proposition you're trying to make and I think there's a market for it. Cool :)
