IdeaPad for Makers

A few days I go I asked if there is any idea management tool on a number of makers platforms. And the response I got was to use a note-taking app(Which I have been using but they limit me). What I am building is an app that allows makers to add ideas with their features, can create a team and help in collaboration, can share the idea and get feedback on the features or the idea in general. And from the feedback, you can determine which features to keep or even if the idea is viable enough. Here is what I was missing with the note-taking app. I cannot convert my ideas or clients idea into SRS(a pain in my company) hence I end up under quoting some projects, migrate ideas to project management applications(i don't need to create a project in my project management tool like Trello if I won't work on it ), limit the features that I need to share with friends for feedback (Most of the time you don't want to share all the features), achieve ideas if they are not worth working on, add tags to ideas, get guys to subscribe to the idea even before you start developing.
