Ideas for a Social Media App

Hi everyone,

I am working for a client who built a Photo & Video Sharing Social Media App.
As Head of Growth, I have been heavily monitoring data & usage, and we don't have much traction.

My client is totally open to a complete "pivot" and rotate this Social Media App towards a different concept.

Therefore, I am seeking advice or any idea/recommendation on how to start collecting different ideas.

How would you approach this ? Do you see bits missing in the Social Media Apps Landscape?
