A year ago I was running GEO audits for companies, checking how AI systems like ChatGPT and Perplexity described their businesses. What I kept finding was brutal: wrong pricing, phantom features, products conflated with completely unrelated companies. One AI startup was being described by Perplexity as a date night subscription box.
There is no real "quick fix" for this. Assuming companies usually don't have editing rights to fix third party articles listing pricing from 2021, their next best option is usually to try to "drown out" the bad signal with fresh and accurate content seeding on authoritative sites. What I saw when I build my own site for the auditing business was that launching with AEO in mind from day one helps a lot to get accurate visibility across the LLMs. Get structured content out on the right platforms, get llms.txt and JSON-LD schema deployed, optimized footer, build a consistent third-party footprint. Time-consuming, technical, and something no early-stage founder has bandwidth for on launch day.
Meanwhile I kept seeing the same Reddit thread in different subreddits: "what's the best all-in-one platform for domain + site for a new business?" The answers were always a patchwork of Carrd for the page, Namecheap for the domain, some SEO plugin for the rest. Nothing built with AI visibility in mind from day one.
So I'm building Bonai.
What it does:
You describe your business in a chat conversation. Bonai registers your domain in your name, builds your site with a GrapeJS visual editor plus AI chat editing, generates your full AEO stack (llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, FAQ page, AEO-optimized footer), and produces a platform-specific content kit for wherever your business should show up: G2, Clutch, Indie Hackers, Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others matched to your niche.
From month 2, it runs a monthly audit querying ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini with the prompts your prospects actually use, comparing the answers against your source of truth, and directing that week's content to fix anything wrong.
Where I am:
Landing page is live at bonai.admatilabs.tech. App is in active development. Waitlist is open — founding 20 get their first year .com free and price locked for life at $49/month.
What I'd love:
Feedback on the concept, the pricing, what's missing. And if this solves a problem you've felt, join the waitlist.
Happy to answer anything in the comments.
Impressive approach. I ran into similar trade‑offs when choosing a base platform. All‑in‑one tools are convenient at first, but they tend to become restrictive pretty fast.
I started treating the webstore layer as underlying infrastructure and used a more flexible tool (Unstore. io) to avoid getting locked into a monolithic setup.
