Interest in a Startup Scrum Group?
I always do better with accountability and having other people depend on me to make progress. When I'm by myself, I get discouraged easily or just talk myself out of it.
Is there a group that does this already? I was considering starting one, possibly turning it into a cheap monthly fee but have weekly demos/realistic goals/feedback, etc.
I'm not a big fan of the scrum ideology. I think it only works in small groups (5-6) and everyone is working on one project, i.e a SaaS. If people aren't working on the same project, scrum I think falls apart. But I'm not going to shoot the idea down. What makes you optimistic about this approach compared to others?
