Interviewers never care for my bootstrap startup

Graduated out of college during the housing crash of 2008. Could not find a job for the life of me until A YEAR later. During that time, I created my website with the $100 I had left in my bank account. Fast forward to today, I am using my own platform again to search for a job in what seems to be another bad market downturn, maybe even worst than 2008. I've been through several interviews and they always glance over my bootstrap website where I list myself as a Founder, CEO, and Web Developer. I manage 2 other web developers, do all the marketing, advertising, leads, accounting, reporting, website coding, etc. Interviewer never cared, they always ask about my last "real" job. At this point, I'm thinking of just removing it from my resume all together or not put that I'm the Founder / CEO and maybe put Senior Web Developer, lol. Rant over.
