It's been a while since I wrote a decent post here. Really, I've been too busy with life and more importantly, fixing my sleep.
One of the many things I had to fix was diet and exercise. I started running twice a week in February and bumped it up to three-time in March. Not to boast here, but I run consistent – but slow-paced – 5Ks at least twice a week now. For diet, I just stay off the usual candy/sugar/fast food and eat healthy (nothing too strict, mostly substituting with whole grain products).
I also started working on my blog (shameless plug: nkretschmer.com ) and my first browser extension. I got Plausible Analytics, bought an eBook manual for Twitter, more tools, and getting some avatars designed on Fiverr.
The point is not to tell you my boring "To-do list" for the past month and a half.
My point is: if you want to build a business, or better your personal brand invest in yourself FIRST.
Before you put money or time into investing in stocks, crypto – or whatever the hype is at the time – invest that money in yourself.
(most important first)
but most importantly of all: EDUCATE YOURSELF.
An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. – Benjamin Franklin
There's no better investment than in your own education. Maybe that's a Coursera certificate or just buying a book on personal growth.
Whatever you do, always invest in yourself first.
Happy to answer any questions
Lately, in my vacant time, I tend to learn video editing and photo manipulation. I am hoping to build my own personal brand in the future.

Sorry, that was meant to reference the paragraph "Building a brand".
Me personally... I would say Health, Relationship, and Education is a three-way tie. You can't have one without the others.
