Investor/Entrepreneur Network that doesn't have a FEE?

Best website/platform to pitch a web-application to investors online or connect with investors to schedule an in-person presentation?

I've looked into angel.co, but it appears that they charge a $1500 fee to even get listed on the site. Is there a go-to networking site for entrepreneurs and (angel)investors?

This is not an 'app idea', but rather a website that is beyond the MVP stage and has seen a growing user-base and transactions made across various states/cities.
