🧐🎨 Is branding just aesthetics?

I'm Addie and I provide business consultancy and design services - crafting brands, websites and apps for my clients.

I'm really curious about how others think about their own brands. To me, it's more than just a logo or something visual that helps you stand out from the competition. It's not something you just tack onto your business. It's even more than creating brand promises. To me, it truly influences the way you interact with your customers too.

I think there's a huge synergy between Customer Experience and Branding. I'm talking about bringing Branding down to the very fibers of your business - How are you operating? How are your customers using your services? What's the checkout process like? How are customers even finding you?
