Is it clear what we do?
I've struggled quite a bit to come up with a value statement for our service, possibly because I'm too close to it and I think the benefits are myriad. So my questions are these:
- Is it clear from the point the page loads what we do?
- Is the intro section compelling, or do you think it requires too much background knowledge?
EDIT: The reason I'm asking here is because half the new visitors that use the chat function ask for help tracking their personal packages. We even had one person a couple weeks ago ask us how they could ship a kitten to another state...
I'd provide that kitty guy with answer no matter what 😂
Regarding the purpose - it's more than clear. I love the random package example animations! If nothing else, that should be more than enough to enlighten the visitors about Paccurate purpose 🙌
It's a specialized product for shipping agencies or sellers, I guess. Since it's a specific niche product, he who seeks will find it for sure. Perhaps perform a SEO audit so you can push unnecessary keywords out of the landing page and include important ones (I'm not an expert, just saying) 😊
