Is it worth building online testimonials SaaS?
I'm thinking about building a web service (SaaS) for testimonials. Do you think such a service will be needed? The service will:
- allow a user to collect testimonials (a testimonial form)
- allow displaying testimonials on the user's website
Do you think it is worth building? It can be a free service with branding displayed when testimonials are displayed on the website. For the paid version, it will be 50-100 USD per year.
Social Proof is a big space right now so you're in the right frame of mind. What you need to do is determine who your ideal customer is, and go figure out if this is a problem they have.
