I've gone through a few iterations of the landing page trying to make it clear, not sure I'm there yet. Would you mind taking a look at it and telling me what you think?

Hello 👋
I’m familiar with 360 feedback and so my initial thought was - why does your H1 pitch to consumers/employees?!
I think your key customer segment is actually the HR department or similar... They’re very much aware of 360 fb. And they often like that middle managers (especially) are actually being evaluated up/down/left/right. At some levels managers are often scapegoating their direct reports, or actively undermining other managers, direct reports sometimes have little ability/options to respond; also worth mentioning, that level of staff often cost a significant amount in salary, so business want to know they’re not (complete) jerks.
I’d seriously consider rethinking the pitch/ message and aim squarely at businesses with plenty of layers (and lots of money to improve performance where they can).
HTH
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, I appreciate it! As I was writing the H1, I had a nagging feeling that I should be writing towards businesses. Your feedback just confirmed I should have listened to my gut! Thanks again!
Hi Anthony,
It's actually very confusing.
After some googling I found that 360 feedback is an actual methodology, so I would start with that - even though I am not sure who your target market is. So a better headline, at least for me as the target audience would be "Anonymous feedback from your team that helps you be a better manager" I would lead with that. I would show the product and put pricing in the end.
I would put the "How it works" content on the homepage and lose that page. If you make changes I am happy to provide feedback once you do!
Great feedback! Thanks for taking the time to do that. I've had a hard time coming up with concise messaging for the site but your feedback is really helping!
Not super clear.
What do you actually do? Who is it actually for? What is the value?
Don't talk about pricing until they know what you do.
Thanks for that feedback Josh! I've struggled to put into words clear messaging of what we do and what the value is. It looks like I've still got some work to do!
I really like the idea and your site is clean. Yes - it does a nice job of communicating your value prop and I love the 1-4 steps. As you expand your site, perhaps add a sample PDF output and eventually a carousel of anonymous (or attributed) testimonials. Its good to keep your message on point, but I could see u eventually have an offering for a small department (independent department/group reviews).
Thanks for taking the time to look at the site! I love the idea of offering for groups/departments. I'll keep that in mind if we are able to get traction!
First of all; love the idea. Only thing that stuck out to me was that it wasn't until the bottom of the page that I understood what the service actually does, ie provide a way for your peers you know in real life to give anonymous feedback about you. That should probably be the first thing a visitor sees.
Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate you taking the time to look it over, you provided a lot of good information!
