Is my product confusing?

My landing page for StandupWizard is on it's third iteration based on some great feedback I've received (around wording for 'standups', etc), so I was hoping to get some feedback on the overall page now and if the core concepts make sense (and the value / problem it's meant to solve).

Makes a lot of sense. Your product images look great, but the ones with slack could use improvement. I can't really see the text and its the first image.. Maybe drop the details of the sidebar since it is not as important as seeing your product live on slack and increase the font size of your content. Overall straight forward and easy to understand what the product does.

I appreciate that! Great point about the image text being small, I think I spent too much time worrying about making it look like Slack and not enough time making the actual content the focus, thanks for pointing that out.

Looks pretty clear to me, maybe the layout is not the best, but it does the job.

One thing I noticed is that the pricing is very low for something that is oriented towards medium-large businesses (really small ones don't really do stand-ups).
I would change it from $10/$25/$45 to $19 for 5, $49 for 20, $99 unlimited OR it would make more sense to have the cost per user/seat. I would even consider a free tier for 2-3 users.

I've been playing around with the pricing for a bit and I like the idea of providing a free tier for small teams, thanks for the feedback!

Like you idea. The load page for pictures is slow, you can decrease their size. You'll increase your sign up rate if you change the first pic on the site, it's confusing as if you're selling Slack. It should be your product.

Can help you get customers, let's connect on twitter.

Ah thanks for pointing that out, I'm not sure why the images are as large as they are and great point about the Slack lead image not necessarily being clear, I'm going to play around with some alternatives.

I skimmed your page and here is what I understood:

    • It's a tool for virtual standups in slack (not on-call). It allows to track progress reports per participant and some rules regarding scheduling. It will also notify the whole team about your progress report.

If my team was using Slack and we did virtual standups, I'd see enough value to ask management to pay for it

Also, you should probably raise your prices. You're saving the customer around 5 minutes per dev per day. At a $100 000 salary per year for a dev, you're saving them around 45$ per month per dev.

You could probably charge 10$ per dev per month and you'd still have a good value proposition.

That's exactly it, thank you! That's also a really great point regarding prices, I've been debating changing that up a bit.
