Is our landing page understandable enough?

Hello fellow IndieHackers!

we would love to get some feedback on our newly launched landing page.

  • Do you clearly understand what we are offering?
  • Is any information missing in your opinion?
  • Is our early access program clearly communicated?

Thanks a lot folks!

I think you're off to a good start. It's mostly clear, and I like the design. But it could be more compelling.

Spell out the benefits. Instead of just explaining what your product does, touch on how that is going to help the user. Think about the pain point you are trying to solve. Maybe provide some use cases so people can imagine how it is going to help them get better results, make their job easier, etc.

I know you might not have any social proof yet if you haven't gotten users, but it would be a good thing to add in there when you can.

I would rework the early access section a bit to spell out exactly what is involved. Do they just get a discount when it launches or would they also be part of the product beta? And I wouldn't use asterisks in the description unless you are forced to for legal reasons. It could just be me, but those always make me assume there is some sort of catch to the offer.

    Best of luck.

    @Dahfab nice work!

    1. Yes, very clear. You aggregate top-level reports from social media accounts and deliver them to slack on a recurring schedule. Sounds helpful for social media teams. Although I wonder what they are using for that now, maybe some sort of dashboard where they are also spending time.
    2. Not really, I think you covered everything. The one thing I found myself looking for was what the scheduling tool/feature actually looked like. What were the options for scheduling, etc. I saw lots of reports, but no scheduling that I can remember.
    3. Yes, the early access CTA is clear. Although I'm not sure about this line "get notified when we start* and save**" What does start and save mean. Maybe a typo.

One thing that did catch my eye and confused me (or maybe I just didn't like) was the pricing model. The per report, per account, per account size just seemed like too many variables for me to think about when thinking about cost.

Overall great work and good luck ✌️

    Hey Fabian,

I think your landing page is clear and understandable. A few nit picks:

"Social Media Analytics for Slack teams"

The "for Slack teams" doesn't feel quite right. I was a bit confused that it was analytics related to Slack teams at first, rather than posted into Slack.

    "Right, where your team works."

    I'd drop the comma.

Is our early access program clearly communicated?

    Two small things:

    • I'd settle on calling it either "early access" or "beta", and not mix the two.
    • I'd add a placeholder to the input field that makes it clear that you want an email address.

Great points! Directly implemented these :)
