Is procrastination really a productivity problem?

I think we've been taught that procrastination is a productivity problem.

I'm starting to think it's actually a starting problem.

Most days I know exactly what I need to do.

The hard part is those first 30 seconds before I begin.

That's why I'm building Snowball. ❄️

That resonates. I've found the hardest part usually isn't doing the work—it's crossing the gap between thinking about it and taking the first tiny action. Once that friction disappears, the rest often follows naturally.
