Is this decent web traffic? Are they bots?

I was looking over our google analytics from the past year for the first website, airapy.io (the marketplace), and we do have hundreds of people visiting the site every month. We had 725 visitors in March. I was trying to find out if this is bot traffic, but what I read online said it would be suspiciously high amounts if it were bots, or it would be erratic. Our numbers seem pretty stable. Every couple of weeks someone signs up as a patient, but doesn't book. I email everyone who signs up with an offer of an interview or free help finding a therapist, no one responds. Are they bots? Are they shy? Is my email going into spam?

What I'm asking is... is this a decent amount of organic traffic? I was going to shut the site down and build something else that's simpler and costs less to host, but maybe now I should be sending mass emails to therapists getting more of them to sign up and become active on the site. A few of the latest signups were in CA, so I could focus there. I could buy an email list for thousands of therapists and blast them. Maybe I shouldn't give up.

Is there any way to know if this traffic is potential real patients? Also happy to share the analytics with anyone who has the time to take a look. I can barely use google analytics so maybe I'm reading the data incorrectly.

Hi Rachel! If you are using Google Analytics, make sure you enable the "Bot Filtering" in your View.

About the signups, you can maybe add ReCaptcha to that form, so you make sure they are real humans :)

    Good luck!

I would recommend hCaptcha (https://www.hcaptcha.com/) over ReCaptcha.

I checked it, it was already turned off! Thanks.

Cool! About the ReCaptxha, you can try the “invisible ReCaptcha”, it’s super cool.
