Is this freemium?

Hello guys, I'm developing a simple chrome extension that going to be lunch soon, I just need to fix a couple of things and It will be done.

The extension is free but everything is saved on your local machine and I'll give the option to save all on the cloud but with a monthly subscription (The servers are not free :( sadly )

I just want to know your opinion is this a freemium chrome extension because I think is not.
