Is this landing page design terrible?

Hey Indie Hackers 😊
I'm having a hard time deciding which design path I should take for https://centige.com

I've got two options, the current one, which is live on https://centige.com and a more "brutalist" one, which might end up looking something like https://imgur.com/a/QhZFahr

My personal preference? Both πŸ™„ I happen to love both styles. I also don't want to follow the normal Bootstrap-like or Stripe-like design. They are a bit overused.

The chosen design style will affect the landing page and the dashboard, the editor (which is the center of Centige) will remain the same.

So, what do you think? Which one do you like most? πŸ™‚
Thank you!

PS. There is also the design system used by Zeit.co, which sits in the middle of the two current choices.

The second option is way better! I think you have to elaborate more on the description on your landing page as it is currently not clear what you want to offer with your service.

  2. 2

For me, the second is better, but not because of the "brutalist" color scheme. It's because the one published has only 1 sentence about the product. I would want to see a lot more content to describe it's benefits before signing up.

I like the first one. Big fan of black & white, same here haha

Would be awesome if you can make the product screenshot interactive! @imedadel
