Is this persona widget worth it?

At https://readmefirst.co we're working to increase transparency and access to information in the workplace, by allowing users to create READMEs about themselves. Inspired by the multitude of Engineering Manager READMEs of the late 2010's.

When viewing our site on desktop you'll see a new persona widget on the right-hand side in the hero (on mobile it'll be visible when you scroll down) and would love to hear your thoughts on it. It's meant to target our various personas and give them a clearer example of how the product could be applicable to them.

I'd also love feedback on the rest of the landing page as well if anyone's up for it!
