The last few weeks at Twitter have been quite a rollercoaster.
What the new regime has been doing to its employees and the way it is being run, has sent shockwaves to those involved in and around the tech.
Seeing the new CEO publically tweet and humiliate those who work there, the firings and rehiring, and the new draconian work culture being created has caught all of our attention. There seems to be a lack of empathy from the new CEO and a lot of rash decisions are being made. Granted this could work out in the future but is this the way the CEO should behave?
I have seen tweets from startup CEO trying to copy what is being implemented on Twitter in terms of how they should work. I suspect if Twitter proves successful then many more companies will follow.
As we are indie devs with the aspiration to create opportunities and possibly jobs for others, Do you think this will be a new way of working in tech?
Do you have plans of implementing these types of methods for your company?
You can follow me on Twitter too.
