I started building VIBE in January with zero team, zero funding, zero contacts in manufacturing.
Today, April 15, Capsule 001 opens. 100 units. Founder Edition. No restock after this.
The sample arrived yesterday. 90% Nylon 6.6, moisture-wicking, flatlock construction, built in Portugal. No visible branding on the sample — just the garment. I shot a Reel with it anyway, because the fabric speaks for itself.
What I learned building this in public:
The hardest part wasn't the product. It was deciding to go anyway when nothing was ready — no community, no following, no guarantee anyone would care.
