It's live — Pace is on the App Store 🎉

After months of nights and weekends (and one rejection over the word "free"), my Couch-to-5K app is officially out.

It's a beginner running coach for people who think they can't run — free core journey, one-time unlock for the rest, no subscription. Built solo while learning to run myself.

I don't know yet how today goes — could be crickets, could be something. But the thing exists and real people can download it, which is surreal after staring at it in TestFlight for weeks.

I'll keep posting the real numbers and lessons here, good or bad — that's the deal with building in public. And if you've launched something yourself, I'm all ears for what helped you in the first 48 hours.
