Java Obfuscator

Do any of you Java devs out there know of any free obfuscators that do string encryption? The best free obfuscator I've found thus far is ProGuard, but unfortunately it doesn't string encryption. The solutions I've found that have this particular feature are paid. I don't mind paying for a good obfuscator, but figured Id check to see if any indie hackers here know of any free alternatives out there.
