Just shipped link preview images for DocBeacon share links

Before this, if someone dropped a DocBeacon link into Slack or an email thread, it could look pretty plain.

Now the link can show a preview image with basic document context, which makes the whole thing feel more recognizable and more legitimate before the click even happens.

This turned out to matter more than I expected.

A lot of document sharing friction does not happen after someone opens the doc. It happens before that. A link shows up, looks unfamiliar, gives no context, and gets ignored or delayed.

With this update, shared links can make a better first impression. And if you are using Shared Document Branding, the preview can also include your own branding and logo.

Small feature, but I think these are the kinds of details that make document sharing feel much more polished.

Curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing with links or previews affecting trust or click-through.
