Keyword notifications tool?

Hey folks

Does anybody have a tool to recommend which sends a daily email whenever certain keywords are mentioned on selected sites? eg I want an email with the Reddit threads and tweets with "chicken nuggets" mentioned.

I'm specifically not looking for Google alerts, since by the time something gets indexed in Google it's usually a little stale. I also want to limit to only a small number of sites.
