Landed first customer - roast my landing page

I am starting a side-gig where I teach people how to solve the Rubik's Cube faster. There is a huge community of cubers who race to solve as fast as possible.

So far I have landed one customer. This is my first time making money outside of a corporate job, so I'm very proud of my accomplishment!

I'm not gonna lie - the first version of my landing page was complete crap. I figured I should redesign it to get more conversions. Now it's somewhat less crap, but probably still has a lot of room to improve!

I want to optimize for conversions. I am aware that testimonials can help, but I only have 1 customer and therefore no testimonials yet.
