We have just launched a landing page for our startup program, could you please share your 2cents/roast?

The over the fold area seems fairly clear, albeit a bit vague. However, the video thumbnail on the right seems very busy with a ton of things visible. I would consider a more focused thumbnail for that video.

The logo reminds me of the Tom Hanks movie called Cast Away. It's also a bit unsettling. Usually copy pasting body parts where they don't belong makes people a bit uneasy. Even if it's a happy face on a hand.

I find it a bit awkward how you use green and red as your CTA button colors. The typical traffic light logic would seem to indicate that you want me to click the green button and not the red one. Which is a bit odd.

It's also odd how the second pitch line "Invest in your startup culture and engagement" doesn't end with a period.

The right column icons on the next section look like icons from Windows UI and you used the checkmark icon twice. I would consider another icons here.

I think the content areas after the "Boost your startup's growth with employee recognition" text are the best part so far. They are clear, the texts are not too long and the graphics look pretty.

After the second Apply Now CTA button, I don't love how you are mix and matching link styles. Previously, you used bold green text with underline to indicate a text link but now, a text link is green, without bold and without underline. A key concept of good UX is to let the user know what is clickable and what is not. These unnecessary text font style changes in the middle of your landing page don't help in that.

I wish those integration screenshots were clickable, so I could click them to view them in full size to see what's actually going on.

I would add a stronger CTA after the integrations section, before your footer. Now the landing page just seems to end without any additional content.

By the way, very cool to notice you are from Lisbon. I'm from Braga. Boa!
