Inspired by Apple's grid layout in their recent keynote slides, I decided to redesign ZenJournal's landing page: https://thezenjournal.com
I made it using Next.js, Tailwind.css, and Netlify.
Check it out and roast me with your brutally honest feedback:
If you are wondering why I made yet another journal app against common indie hacking wisdom, here is the answer too: https://thezenjournal.com/why
That post is also part of the redesign as I added some (exactly two ☺️) blog posts with light/dark mode support (landing page only available in dark mode).
I don't know what's the appeal of what seemingly seems like a super non-linear disorganized landing page...I understand if this was an experiment but I literally have no idea where I need to start.
Caveat: I did not watch the Apple keynote thing so idk...
It's gonna be an instant "X" on the tab for me.
Thanks for the unexpected but welcomed feedback. That’s one concern for sure. I’ll pay attention to the conversion rate after.
hahaha you posted to the "landing page feedback" group - feedback should be expected ;)
Of course. Appreciate the feedback for sure. I didn’t think of the nonlinear vs linear part. 😅
